Delivery & Refund

DELIVERY

All of our products delivery are for free, and we ship our product worldwide. 

It may take around 3 business days to handle the delivery and another 8-10 days for the actual delivery. All the tracking numbers will be included in the email or the buyer after delivery handling time. 

 

REFUNDS

I. We will give you a refund if your situation falls into one of these 2 cases:

• • The item(s) are broken or defected.

• • You did not receive the item(s).

• Duplicated Orders which are purchased accidentally. We only refund one of them.

In theses cases, please send us an email to: support@anthonyfstore.myshopify.com and we will issue you a refund. Please allow us at least 24 hours to reply back to you.

 

The refund money will be funded back to your Bank Account within 3 – 5 business days.
